Returns & Refunds policy

At Jurneee, we’re all about creating meaningful, transformative experiences, whether through our digital tools, global retreats, or community. Still, we get it: life happens. Here’s how our refunds work:

Retreats

Our retreats are intimate and limited in size. Your spot impacts the entire group, so:

  • Deposits are non-refundable. They hold your place and cover essential planning costs.

  • If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

  • If you cancel within 60 days of the retreat, we can’t offer a refund, but you can transfer your spot to a friend if needed.

  • If we ever need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future Jurneee retreat, your choice.

Digital Products

All purchases of digital downloads (templates, journaling systems, etc.) are non-refundable unless there’s a technical issue. If something doesn’t work as expected, email us at hello@jurneee.com and we’ll do our best to fix it or make things right.

Physical Goods (if/when offered)

Should we offer physical items in the future:

  • You’ll have 7 days to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
